Everyone is very efficient, very nice, caring, thorough, short wait times. Cant ask for more than that! Dr Mo and Jennifer are great! They listen with compassion. I’m so grateful to have them!
Staff could take their time more and pay attention to what they are doing. I was seen on two separate occasions as a brand new patient at this office and despite physically handing them my current insurance card they billed an insurance that I haven’t had in 6 years. When I asked the manager how this happened I was told “they must’ve assumed it was the same insurance you had previously” this is extremely negligent especially in the medical field. Very sour taste on Advocare as a whole.
Dr. Mo is the best family doctor. He listens and makes suggestions but doesn’t force you to commit. He has a great team working with him as well. Jack and I feel very fortunate to have Dr.Mo as our PMD.
