I am familiar with Dr. Croswell, for he is my grandfathers doctor. However, my experience with this medical facility is anything but satisfactory. I live out of town and visit my parents in Beaufort often. I was out running errands and felt a sharp pain in my chest. I am Kevin Jurow and i have been using James Crosswell for 15 years and he has all new staff now and none of them do their job properly.His staff was suppose to put in a drug referral for me and in two weeks it was never done and i got it done in two days.His useless staff was suppose to put in a referral for me to see a Neurologist in New Bern it was not done in five weeks and i was told it was done and his useless staff lied to me.I spoke with the Neurologist secretary around fifteen times and she did me a favor and snea... read more

I am Leslie and i have been using Dr Crosswell for over 13 years now and he used to have a real good staff now all his staff members are horrible and i really hate going their now.I have found me a new doctor with a great staff that do their jobs properly and i really do believe Dr Crosswell is going to go out of business if he keeps his trash staff much longer.

i am Sally i have been seeing Dr Crosswell for 16 years and he is a good doctor but now he has all new staff and they are very rude to me.If he does not get things fixed with the trash staff he has i will find me a new doctor.I have never seen such nasty stupid staff in my whole life if Dr Crosswell does do some thing about his trashy employe`s it is really going to hurt his business and things will ll be down hill i always thought Dr Crosswell was smarter then to keep idoits in his office.

Dr. Crosswell has been not only my primary Doctor, but my both of parents as well. When I was in my mid-30’s I began having strange symptoms. Dr. Crosswell did everything to run tests & learn more about the autoimmune disorder that apparently was the cause. Always interested and concerned for me and my conditions. Follows up quickly if abnormal tests results come up. Very good at going over health information with me. Does not make me feel as if I am being rushed or that the computer is more important than I.

Dr. Crosswell Jr has an excellent bedside manner. He is very caring, keeps up with the latest medical trends, really listens to you, and does what is best for you medically. Unfortunately, he is a rarity and not the standard. I consider him to be the best Family Physician in Carteret County.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
