Never had worse service or ‘customer service’ follow up. And George? Why even bother. Will be an active detractor of this business for as long as I can. Never an apology. Never a care. And never an acknowledgement that they were the ones that messed up. Garbage.
the person that received the flowers for her birthday said they were the best looking flowers she has ever received. She sent me picture and she was right they are beautiful.
I placed an order with James Cress florist. My order was $117.00 and charged to my credit card. The flowers were never delivered. When I called the florist the woman that answered the phone told me an attempt was made to have them delivered. As I told her that was a lie that the home the were being delivered to had camera and the recipient was home all day.She them proceeded to put me on hold. A friend of mine ordered flowers from James Cress Florest in port jeff on Monday at 12pm for same day delivery. She asked them numerous times that there would be no problem for same day delivery. They assured her they would be delivered & not to worry... SHOCKER... no delivery & not only did they lie about making the attempt (cameras all over the house & person home all day gardening in front yard) they told numerous stories to save face.
