My husband and I used James Cress Florist for our September wedding. Barbara and Dawn were wonderful to work with! They were communicative, kind, and flexible throughout the whole process. We had a very small wedding and didn’t need as many florals as a larger event, and they were more than willing to work with us and accommodate our needs. I have been using them for nearly a year and after trying to order a simple bouquet, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!! Get it together, the disorder, multiple calls, rudeness on the phone….I'm all set, back to the florist who is closer to my home.
