I am beyond disappointed with the unprofessional service at James Cress. I had to reach out to them on the scheduled delivery date only to discover my order (#W90119173) was silently cancelled and unfulfilled. They held my payment without providing any notification of their failure to process the order. To wait until the day of a time-sensitive gift to admit they haven't even shipped it is professionally embarrassing. Save yourself the stress and use a florist that actually values communication and basic reliability

I would STRONGLY advise never ordering from this company. I spent over $100 to send my sister flowers for her birthday, and what she received looked like something that could have been purchased at Walmart for $15. The arrangement was extremely thin, the stems were low quality, and the overall presentation was embarrassing for the price I paid. The ordering procedure was easy... all details were completed correctly and efficiently When the funeral date was changed due to the blizzard, you changed our order without a problem.
