They take your money and dont deliver the flowers. This place is clearly a scam and participates in false advertising. I will be reaching out to the secretary of state to have their corporation revoked for stealing my money.
Customer service (phone) was great. Answered all of my questions and took my order. Flowers were delivered on time and looked beautiful.
I placed an order for what was described as the Designers Choice Masterpiece Design choosing the “Best” for almost $180. What was received was anything but a masterpiece. In my opinion it was bland and lacked color. I also added the Godiva chocolate and was informed they didn’t have that brand and was given a substitute. I also ordered a “Thinking of You” balloon and that was given a “You’re Special” balloon instead. It was a disappointing experience to say the least.
