Thank you for getting the floral order we made through your store delivered early on the day we wanted it.
I ordered the extra large All white arrangement thru 2nd party, James Crest Online, and Barstow Florist sent another arrangement all together. Mine was supposed to have snap dragons, lilies and white roses at least a dozen. The bouquet that was delivered was a medium size if that. This was for family members who just has a death in the family. I am so disappointed and will never order from this company again. I spent $136.00 on the arrangement! So unprofessional!
I don't understand why they would say they have a florist in my area and then take my money on the spot but then can't refund it right away and wait hours to let me know that they don't even have anybody around me, why would you say you service that particular place whenever you don't?
