So at first I was a bit frustrated with them because we ordered flowers and something very different (although still beautiful) than what I ordered was delivered. Upon messaging them about this issue was given very quick response and a full refund. I'm giving them five stars because even though I was disappointed, I understand things like that can sometimes happen and they were very quick to try making up for it.

I filled out the forms online and had asked for the funeral home the address of the funeral home and what time the service is and somehow they screwed up and had the flowers sent to my house not to the funeral home so $142 later I’m stuck with flowers at my house that should be in Pennsylvania. Never again what I do this florist stay away. The best they could offer was $17 back for the delivery charge they can keep their damn flowers come back and get them.

James Cress did a fantastic job with my parents’ Anniversary bouquet. Beautiful arrangement and delivered right on time. 89 and 87 years old, married 68 years ago in Brooklyn and still going strong. God bless them both. Thank you, JC!
