While Dr. Covalesky is a good doctor, the staff does not facilitate good patient care. I have not seen the doctor in a year despite my calls that I need help and when I ask why its been over a year since I had blood work, I am told that it's because I cancelled appts in September. I was ill with flu like symptoms so I didn't go to their office as is my understanding of their policy. Instead I had a telemed and the next weeks hold appt was cancelled because I was seen. It’s very unfortunate that I have to leave a review like this as I have been a patient of Dr. Covalesky’s for a very long time. While I feel he is an excellent Dr, the service has gone downhill for a little while now. I have noticed that there seems to be a communication breakdown with his staff and things aren’t running smoothly anymore. Staff are great and I've never had a better doctor than Dr. Covalesky. As I begin to enter a new phase of my life, Dr. Covalesky has helped me address new health issues and concerns as I go. Very grateful for his guidance and understanding!
The office staff is excellent. Dr. COVALESKY is a very kind and knowledgeable physician. Explains everything and very approachable. I feel well cared for!!
Dr Covalesky is a fantastic Dr. he has a great personality also cares about you as a patient and has great bedside manner ! Extremely happy and highly recommended!
