We were so very lucky to get Dr James Counce as our Surgeon when he covered for another Surgeon. I have to reach HIGH with this Wonderful, Amazing, highest quality perfection and whatever it takes to do the very BEST …. I had a previous wrongful Open Heart surgery at UAMS Little Rock 6 months ago and researched google and found with 5 Stars this Washington Regional Cardiology and Loved their Reviews and called.
