The entire staff and Dr Cornwell are always professional and friendly. I have been going to Dr Cornwell for fives years and have no complaints at all.
No one likes going to the doctor, but I used to like to visit this place. The staff was always friendly and I love Dr. Cornwell. But for some reason 90% of the staff has turned cold as if we patients don't matter. Once you get past the front desk which is very friendly, you become invisible to the very people who used to give me a smile and hello.
