I went in to get the oil changed on my Cadillac CS5. The guy checking me in almost skipped me but I had to step up and say I was next. I asked him to check my tire because I've been having issues. Went in for oil change cause I'm in from outa town. Thought going to Chevy would be zero worries. I was so wrong. The following day after picking up my vehicle I found this shop towel left from the dealership under my hood. Only reason I noticed it was it was smoking like crazy. I have children an this coulda been alot worse! Im just glad I found it before my long trip home. Will not use or suggest people use them or check under your hood before starting your vehicle.

I scheduled a 10:00 appointment for a recall 2 weeks ago. I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours and no parts were needed. Once there I was told it would take 2-4 hours. 5 hours later at 3:00 I called to check to see if my truck was ready. I was told at that time the recall part would not be there for 2 more days and was asked if I needed my truck back. Not only have I lost a day of work, but my truck is still not repaired.
