I’ve taken a vehicle here to get serviced 3 times. 2 out of the 3 times I’ve picked my vehicle up only to find the check engine light on and when I open my hood something is unplugged. I should not have to pick my vehicle up in worse condition than when I dropped it off.
Saw the reviews about this service department and thought to myself that those customers may have just been having a bad day when leaving the review. Well, I wasn't having a bad day, I now believe every review about this service department, and I'll leave one myself. Went to the dealership for a routine oil change. I went in to get the oil changed on my Cadillac CS5. The guy checking me in almost skipped me but I had to step up and say I was next. I asked him to check my tire because I've been having issues. "You want a tire rotation because that'll be..." No, I just got my tires rotated last time. Can you guys just check my tire? "Of course, of course. We check everything."
