I went in to get the oil changed on my Cadillac CS5. The guy checking me in almost skipped me but I had to step up and say I was next. I asked him to check my tire because I've been having issues. "You want a tire rotation because that'll be..." No, I just got my tires rotated last time. Can you guys just check my tire? "Of course, of course. We check everything." Went in for oil change cause I'm in from outa town. Thought going to Chevy would be zero worries. I was so wrong. The following day after picking up my vehicle I found this shop towel left from the dealership under my hood. Only reason I noticed it was it was smoking like crazy. I have children an this coulda been alot worse! Im just glad I found it before my long trip home. Will not use or suggest people use them or check under your hood before starting your vehicle.
