unbelievably bad experience--the work of untrained fence installers. You can see in the photos below how bad it is. They were subcontracted through Lowe's and after the job was "finished", I saw issues immediately. See the photos. The owner of the company came out--at my and Lowe's insistence--and admitted that it was not correct and that I had every right to be angry. I do not recommend. Serious communication issues, poor quality work, lack of professionalism, and poor customer service. We hired James Construction & Fencing LLC to install aluminum fencing in our back yard. Prior to the start of the project and 4 weeks after making deposit payment, I reached out to ask for an update on when it will begin, the contractor told me they will look into it and let me know. Wow! James Fencing is top notch! From the first contact to final install walk thru. Gave me a few options and prices that were very reasonable. Installers were pleasant, professional and answered questions without making me feel dumb.
