We used this law firm as our settlement agent last year for both selling and buying our house. I didn’t write a review immediately, but the experience still stands out because it was genuinely stressful. Their lack of communication caused us a lot of unnecessary worry throughout the process. On top of that, their fees were almost double compared to other firms, which we only realised later. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and not worth the price. I would not recommend this firm.

For the price & the service, there are better settlement agents around who provide more competitive pricing & better quality of service. And actually listen & follow instructions as opposed to James Chong Lawyers. I would suggest doing your research before signing up.
