He was timely, efficient and worth the fee up until 2022 is when the wheels fell off, he kept hiring new employees year in year out (many faces like a revolving door), some of his underlings which were awesome at tax preparation have left. He is now just a fee hog, overcharges for services without introspection on how difficult or simplified the return is based on the customers tax situation - I had multiple interstate tech gigs during a certain year -he says "oh i have to charge you extra for each state -over $100 each one"... read more
