I had a scheduled virtual appt and it was cancelled 2 hours before hand stating I had to see Dr Carlson, but when I called they said I could speak to another doctor. I took the time off work, unpaid, so I asked is there any way to squeeze me in due to it being their error. Jillian informed me that was not an option and as she put it "things happen".
