Was referred this place from a close family friend & when i called to try & schedule an appointment the front desk lady was insanely disrespectful. I told her i wanted to schedule an appointment but would like to come in ASAP due to being extremely sick over the weekend. She scoffed at me & laughed saying that i would have to wait a long time. it was extremely disrespectful & rude.
Awful interaction with the front desk woman over the phone I was told to call this place as they might be able to get me in soon as I’m looking for a new doctor when I mentioned I was told that the lady laughed at me and told me that wasn’t going to happen.
Dr. English has been my doctor since we moved to Columbus 5 years ago. He's no-nonsense, gets the point and tells it like it is. Just what I want out of a doctor.
Wonderful caring doctor. I started seeing him at the recommendation of a friend who has gone to him for years. Staff is very friendly.
I am a pharmacist and have never been spoken to so disrespectfully when calling on a patient matter over the weekend. If he had just let me explain that I was calling because the patient is going out of the country then maybe he wouldn’t have thought my call was “so stupid” (actually what he said). If he speaks to his patients this way, I would never recommend him.
