Went to public viewing night, and it was a great experience. Lots of telescopes to view, and lots of knowledge to share
Tonight was my first time visiting and it was a really cool experience. Everyone working there was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Be prepared for an uphill hike from the parking lot to the observatory. It’s about a quarter mile but they do have a golf cart shuttle if the walk presents an issue for anyone. Looking forward to more visits!
