I just wrote a review and failed to fill out stars.This is definitely a five star office.
Dr. Todd's office staff is so friendly; he is an experienced dentist with an outgoing personality making you immediately feel at ease. I would recommend this office to anyone wanting to feel like they have a "dental home".
Dr Todd is a fine dentist however, his receptionist has a problem determining what the co-pay is for insurance plans and isn't willing to call the toll free number to get the information. The plan seems to be overcharge and strainghten it out later. I DO NOT recommend this dentist unless you have plenty money to spend on top of your insurance premiums.
