Finally someone who actually cares about their patients! The office staff were amazing, friendly and pro-active right from the start. Scheduling was quick and easy. The moment I received my second opinion from Dr. Thurmond to surgery went seamless. They handled my health and disability insurance like rockstars and even handed me a care-package for pre & post surgery…which included a ton of goodies, but a Gatorade to fight nausea and a pack of chewing gum to prevent constipation post surgery…come on - just stellar! Dr Thurmond is very respectful, empathetic and kind. I have no complaints about the care I received. Dr Thurmond believed in me and performed surgery. He gave me back my life. I am able to walk again after being very close to being wheelchair bound. I can never thank Dr Thurmond & his staff enough!!
Dr. Thurmond is effective and concise. I've been dealing with a neck problem since the late 90's and he was able to resolve it with a single surgery. I appreciate his candor and professionalism.
