I retained Jim to stop the escalating discrimination and fraud in my HOA, despite his admittance he "deeply respected" the HOA attorney unethically threatening me. Asked for a 250 consultation fee for a simple case. Ended up doing it myself for free, but had offered him 500$ to help but he just couldn't get past his 250 consult. In the end he saved me a lot of time and money by acting like a greedy douche.
