Rafael arrived promptly and took the time to carefully inspect, repair and clean my chimney for any damage or buildup. They showed me some small issues that I hadn’t noticed, like a small crack in the liner, and gave me honest advice about repairs.They also cleaned and serviced my gas fireplace, which had been sputtering a little and not producing as much heat as usual. The technician called when he was on his way and arrived and inspected our fireplace. What we thought was a gas fireplace turned out to be a real wood burning one and he helped remove the fake wood logs, showed my wife and I how to operate it and plugged up a hole around the gas pipe that could possibly cause a fire if flame embers got behind the wall.
