The best land lord
Do not rent from James. His houses are notorious for roach infestations, which he does nothing to fix. He hires a monthly "bug guy" to spray who is just as shady and rude as James is. I theorize that he uses the monthly bug sprays as a means of getting into people's houses even when they are not home. James shows up unannounced whenever he deems fit.
