Dr.Alban spends ample time with me. While he is very knowledgeable and tries to keep up to date with new developments, he does not claim to know the answers to all of my questions or concerns. He is quick to research for answers to these and gets back to me with his considered advice. I find this very reassuring. I consider myself lucky to have him as my doctor.
A truly wonderful experience. My appointment was made quickly and easily. The questions from the nurse in preparation for my visit were thorough and professional. My wait time was minimal. When I saw the doctor he had already reviewed my file and performed a thorough exam. Throughout the process the doctor communicated his thoughts, explained his reasoning and made a clear intelligible ‘diagnosis. I received very good care and felt cared for.
Dr. Alban is a caring, thoughtful and understanding doctor. He takes care of me. He never rushes my appointments. He listens and explains how I can stay healthy with any issues that I may have. His office manager and nurse are a wonderful addition to his practice. I am lucky to be patient of Dr. Alban.
Dr. Alban has been my PCP for 20+ years. He is a very thorough doctor who genuinely cares. I have never felt rushed during my appointment and he listens and addresses any questions or concerns. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is always 💯. The office is run very efficiently by Kris, the office manager, and I’m always greeted with a smile. Dr. Alban is an amazing physician who has been the doctor for 3 generations of our family. He is an excellent diagnostician and general practitioner because he is on top of his field, and interested to take the time to listen, to ask questions, to think, and then to treat the whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Running his practice the way he does allows him to offer patients the care that they truly need and deserve. You will not feel like you are in a 10-minute turnstile. It is well worth it!
