Recently I called a 1.800. Number to find out what was going on with my account payments. The person I spoke to rubbed me the wrong way especially when he asked for my full banking route number. After refusing to give it to him he hung up on me and I eventually was able to contact Lamonda Carter out of the Geico Overland Park office. First time we’ve been to the GEICO office I walked in the door and Russell greeted me with a smile and I totally enjoyed it and got everything taken care of in the first five minutes I was there couldn’t ask for two nicer people
June was excellent in helping us get the things we needed done very friendly and very professional got everything I needed to get done and I am a little bit old school so I am a paper person that they helped me walk through the online initial set up Russell was very helpful in getting my account opened we set up our house and our cars
