Had my truck in for A/C compressor replacement and charge and he replaced it with the wrong compressor and now my belts squeaks and did not offer to fix it right his labor rate is 110 a hour witch is to high compared to other shops i had him do a front end alignment, new condenser and dryer and the bill came out to be just under 2000 dollars .He had the truck for several days cause he kept ordering the wrong parts as I said before his rate was 110 a hour and I think he changed me for the time it set there waiting on parts .H... read more
Had my truck way too long. Got it back with not a drop of coolant in my resovoir and my oil WAY over filled. Kept finding problems, but clearly none that matter because nothing in my trucks performance changed. Not gonna take it back because they may order the wrong coolant over and over, and I could get my 2 year old nephews to fill my coolant, because they would be capable of doing that but these seasoned technicians ain't.
This mechanic is not trustworthy. He pushes unnecessary maintenace. When you ask questions, his wife responds well your car is old. I am looking for someone who treats me the way he wants to be treated. Please send any recommendations. Thanks much
