Dr. James Boyd was wonderful. He took the time to listen to me, ask questions and explained my diagnosis thoroughly. I was very happy with his professionalism and my treatment.
Waited over six months for a primary care appointment, day before scheduled exam— was called to cancel because they are not accepting new patients… They had six months to figure this out and/or contact so I could find another provider… If this is ‘caring for your health’, I think I will pass on MedStar all together.
