WED 2025.07.02 ~05.55, i arrived and parked at the McAlphine Creek Greenway Connector parking lot. And out i went for a ~7+ mi walk; Loop: McAlpine Creek Park and James Boyce Park. Intermittent light drizzle during my ~2 hrs walk. Both Parks were well-maintained and free of litter. "On-the-trails", enjoyable bird singings and sweet solitude. Encountered a total of ~8 people and 3 dogs. Everyone's friendly.
Great suburban hiking experience. A bit easy to get lost, but that makes it feel more like a remote hike.
Local favorite for our 18 month old grandson.
