I am new to the area and needed to desperately find ‘hair help’. I didn’t know anyone so I just searched hair salons in the Cape Coral area. Definitely prefer this place over Somewhere on 47th
You do awful work, Cayla. I never initiated anything with you, in fact you moved into the building I live in after our one meeting. Second meeting I was told you were my neighbor and then did a complete transformation of what I wanted and my hair turned out hot pink the second time. Of course I would not allow you to do it a third time which you begged and begged, but would not refund my money like others in your reviews. Cayla, a very young unprofessional woman who has not a clue what she is doing either cutting or coloring hair. She turned my wife’s hair pink, yelled at her and took no accountability. I suggest you all go to YELP and read her true reviews there, 1 star. I am filing a complaint at the State of Florida Licensing Board as I saw, nor did my wife any posted license displayed. No matter it’s all about your horrible work, how you treat a customer after the fact.
