He walked in ,did not introduce himself, did not wash his hands on the room or wear rubber gloves and started right in cleaning my husbands ears. My husband started coughing and the dr said I cannot clean your ears if you are going to move. I said my husband is a very good patient but he is 80 years old and has COPD very bad. My husband kept trying to stop coughing and kept apologizing to the dr.
