I have personally been a patient of Docs for about 15 years. Soon after I started seeing him I switched my kids over to him. He is very thorough, listens, treats and shows concern. He treats his patients like family. I've never had a better doctor. I have multiple health issues, he has helped me solve every single one of them and made me comfortable. He is wonderful with my children, has seen all of them grow up. He also sees my husband and is great with his as well!
For years I have been dismissed and the old classic, it's your weight, it's your stress, it's nothing, change your diet. I don't like how he talked to me. years in agony with aches like electricity, vomiting, no sleep, faint, my partner has had to help me go to the bathroom. I asked for just INFO for an OBGYN so I could see THEM to talk about a partial hysterectomy because I know my body. He said,'What if you change your mind? As a married couple - My husband and I were looking for a Family Dfoctor for our health care needs and came across Cambridge City Family Medicine & nearly 3 years ago Dr. Bertsch became our Doctor. Dr. Bertsch is an amazing Doctor very thorough in his care and treatment. He is quite knowledgeable & compassionate. He is not the type of Doctor that pushes you out the door quickly just to move on to next patient leaving you without resolution. His staff (team) are awesome as well!
I love this office. They are friendly, plesant. Dr. Bertsch is wonderful.

I personally love dr. Bertsch he is old school and is a wonderful person and a wonderful human being and a wonderful doctor he's always been there to get me in well his staff has, but I have always been seen any time that I needed to be I've always gotten exceptional care from the staff and dr. Bertsch for that I thank them all!!! I will stay a patient of Doctor bertsch's as long as he is in practice!!!
