Bought a car from James Bentley Motors a week ago, very helpful, great communication, very happy to answer all my questions leading up to seeing the car, and between seeing the car and picking it up also! Slight hiccup in that there was a defect with a tyre within the first week, but raised the issue and have been refunded for the cost of the tyre, so very happy with the service provided.
Had a great experience buying my car from Sam, he was very friendly and the process was easy throughout, was honest about the car and there was no pressure put on us to try and buy it. Would highly recommend!
I went to look at a Toyota Yaris at James Bentley garage in Birmingham today 19/4/25 and bought it. All l can say is how lovely all the staff were especially Mikee, with whom we had a lovely conversation with, he was so friendly. Also Sam who was so helpful. I would highly recommend this garage and they definitely deserve the 5 stars for the service they gave. Thank you James Bentley staff.
