Jim got us asking price and we were under contract in five days. Can’t ask for more than that. He’s also a great guy and paid attention to our goals and helped us achieve them. We were relocating for work and went from “no plans to sell” to “sold” very quickly. We couldn’t have done that with Jim’s market insight and solid advice.
James was very attentive, thorough, and easy going. He calmly made the seemingly stressful process of buying a home seem easy. I would highly recommend!
