James was my agent for buying a home in Fawn Lake. This is my 4th home, and James was by far the best agent I’ve worked with. Great communication skills, and extremely knowledgeable. Well after the sale, he was instrumental in recommending contractors for replacing the roof and hvac, saving me well over $6k on hvac bids alone.
