Dr. Barlow is a breath of fresh air in this age of corporate medicine. He took time to get to know me, what's important to me, and to do the unthinkable... actually consult WITH me about my health. The man brings his expertise and curiosity to the room and leaves ego at the door. Give him a chance. You will not be disappointed!

I would follow my Primary Care Dr. James D Barlow anywhere. As such I met him at his new office in Exeter. Great to see him, loved the facility and though further away it is well worth the extra mileage.
