Dr. Baird is a great general surgeon. He thoroughly explained the surgery beforehand. He and his staff have been very available for questions/concerns I had after the surgery.
I appreciate Dr. Baird because he is very personable. He provides the information we need, which helps relieve stress when we are already worried or afraid. He explains things in a way that makes the information easy to understand. His use of language is clear and straightforward, so he doesn't talk over our heads.
