I came to the doctor with a clear understanding of what led me to my thoughts, reactions, and perspective on life. I also came with clear goals of what I want, and what hasn't helped in the past. I wasn't sure about seeing a therapist, but I was feeling so overwhelmed and anxious about almost everything that I decided to give it a try and I started seeing Dr. Hertel about a month ago. He makes it really easy to talk about myself and my problems and he has a lot of great suggestions to use to deal with things. I'm planning on continuing therapy and I would really recommend him to others.

My experience with Dr. Hertel was outstanding. We worked together over telehealth/phone-video and in his office and he always was professional, helpful, kind and generous. At out first meeting, I felt comfortable and he really listened to me and made me feel comfortable. I have been seeing him for about three months and feel so much better about myself. I was hesitant about going to a therapist, but am so glad I did and so glad I chose Dr. Hertel.

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! Does this psychologist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Are you going to visit this psychologist again?
