I really appreciate his knowledge and understanding, suggestions and encouragement to work through my issues. We work well together and I would recommend him to a friend.
My experience with Dr. Hertel was outstanding. We worked together over telehealth/phone-video and in his office and he always was professional, helpful, kind and generous. At out first meeting, I felt comfortable and he really listened to me and made me feel comfortable. I have been seeing him for about three months and feel so much better about myself. I was hesitant about going to a therapist, but am so glad I did and so glad I chose Dr. Hertel.
