Dr Butler is a great MD to my Mom. However his staff in 99 Hawley are Rude, and continue to have unprofessional conversations while patients sit in office waiting room. Even discussing how they treat his patients, that they don't like. I was very disturbed that he would hire these individuals that seem very immature, loud and unkind. My hope is that he makes an effort to watch and listen, while they are unaware and he organizes his house , so to speak. A. Williams

Had a very pleasant experience. Kind bedside manner, answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very knowledgeable.
I would not recommend this Group at this location or their Shelton location. When I called inquiring for a neurologist for my special needs adult child who has seizures and behavioral issues I was told by the receptionist that she would get back to me with the most compatible doctor for her. Three weeks went by and no phone call. I called them back this morning 12/1/2016 to inquire futher.
