Cool chic when you can reach her. Communication is poor. Boutique is hot, no air all 3 times i went there. Great dresses but major ordeal to work with the owner. Make sure you have the right dress when it comes in. Daughter In Law received the wrong dress, due to time frame of the wedding, there wasn't time to get a new one. Wasn't worth the hassle to purchase from this boutique. She ruined her wedding because she had the wrong dress.

The selection was stunning and the customer service was amazing! They really listened to what the bride had to say, what she was looking for and was Very intuitive. Over all a great experience! Will definitely recommend to future brides

5 stars are not enough. 10 stars would not be enough. "James & B" in Slidell, LA rendered complete experiential treatment and total service to the bride and her guests with genuine interest in listening and serving with personal, personable professionalism, bringing out THE PERFECT DRESS on the first attempt.
