Lady that answered the phone is rude and inconsiderate, I hope she wasn’t the owner or management but as the one who picks up calls she is the face of the company for us first timers, hopefully management can do something about it.
James has made many, many trailer tarps for my husband for trailers his FFA students made for show trailers. Always fast and high quality work!
We got a new trolling motor for our Bass boat and now our custom made canvas tarp no longer fits. We took it to James Awning & Canvas Thursday Morning and by 3PM they had added canvas and redid our custom tarp to make it fit perfect again!! We were charged exactly what they said it would cost, no extra hidden fees. We will come to you next time we have a tarp made for our next bass boat.
