I visited to store recently and I honestly was made to feel like I was a bother. They seemed overwhelmed with the 5 people in their store. Sad because I have been a faithful customer for years. I'm from the area where this place was founded. This is not the service that should be expected from them. Last visit.
Acted too busy to clean my James Avery jewelry. There was only one other person waiting (I could’ve waited while others were helped). Asked me to come back during the week. No thanks, I live in Rock Hill! I’ll just clean my jewelry myself. Really miss the convenience of going to a James Avery store in Texas and they never hesitate to help me.
