Went in Friday around 4:40 and wanted to get 2 charms I received as a gift on a bracelet. The dark skinned lady with the curly hair and her brown skinned coworker rolled their eyes to each other like they had "a lot of work". No other customers there, they were previously looking through drawers chit chatting. Don't waste your time at this location. I went to the actual James Avery on Catclaw and they fixed me up in 10 minutes, were very courteous and friendly.
