My husband and I just visited this store, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. There was only one employee actually helping customers, while four other employees were standing together talking. No one greeted us, welcomed us, or asked if we needed any assistance. This location needs to hire people and train them in customer service. Twice in the last month we stopped by and the girls stood behind the counter, never greeted us, never stopped their private conversation while starring at us. I finally went to ask about an item, instead of asking how she could help, she just said "are you ready?" Went back a couple of weeks later to get something cleaned, we used to buy a lot here. At least 3 employees need better customer service . Your supposed to be friendly and have patience . Thats your job. Otherwise other employees are good workers. Quarry location is a bit more of a friendly place to go .
