Today, James Avery lost a sale & future customer. I needed just one charm for a bracelet, but the wait time was three hours. I do not live in the area, which made this extremely inconvenient. After all the money I’ve spent with James Avery over the years, this experience was disappointing.

I showed up around 5:30 PM, not realizing the store had already closed early. I wasn’t trying to shop — I just needed to ask a simple question about picking up a bracelet, since I had lost my receipt. Employees were standing inside and saw me, but ignored me. When the manager finally acknowledged me through the glass, she acted as if opening the door or simply answering a question was unsafe, rather than just explaining store hours or policies.
