I had a very disappointing experience today with a sales associate named Victoria. I visited the online pickup line to collect my order and asked if I could have a new charm added to my bracelet while I was there. She informed me that I would need to get back in line and wait. When I asked why—since I was already being assisted at pickup and had fully paid for my items—she insisted that I wait like the other customers, even though they were still in the process of shopping or paying.
