Sales lady wasn't very friendly or informative.. I told her it was my first james Avery purchase she didn't inform me of sales or tell me to start an account.. Very disappointed!!!!!! Her name was Karla....
I visited this store to buy a ring for my daughter, and while a gentleman initially greeted us kindly, our experience quickly soured. A saleswoman named Stephanie assisted us, but her behavior was shockingly rude and hostile. Her demeanor made both my daughter and me incredibly uncomfortable, as if we were unwelcome. My daughter even commented that Stephanie should consider a different job. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but it was an awful experience.
