Went to James Avery this past Saturday and Courtney was great. The bow ring didn’t come in my size and instead of her telling me to just wear it on another finger she brought out the ring sizer and largest size they carried. When I thought I wouldn’t be able to purchase this ring Courtney told me I could get it resized into my correct size. If I could give this location zero stars I would after what happened to my wife today. I’m also very seriously considering never giving anymore business to James Avery but at minimum will never visit the Woodlands, Tx location again. My wife went into this location (often in the area due to work) to look for a new charm for her bracelet today and when she came in a brunette sales associate saw her and did not welcome her in and did not offer her any assistance. Went in for the first time for a last minute birthday gift for my mother, a new grandma. Was met by Tom, an extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating representative of James Avery. I knew what i wanted and he made sure to expedite the gift in time for my mother's birthday. This was my first time ever in this establishment and was informed of all the amazing features of shopping with James Avery. I will definitely shop here again for myself with thanks to Tom! That man is an asset to the company!
