4 cashiers, 2 persons helping in the floor, take long, and do not have a separate line for pick up, this is horrible. More than 20 minutes to pick up.
Not separate line for pick up, ordered online to pick up in store because it supposed to be faster, more than 20 minutes in line. 4 cashiers and taking very long.

They did an amazing job. My ring was bad and I haven’t worn in years. An hour and a half and it looks almost brand new. I can’t not believe it. All for $0.00. The aftercare policy is top notch.
