James Avery had been on the top of my jewelry store list for nearly 40 years, but lately some of their items have been made a bit thin…within a couple of months of wearing her charm bracelet…the clip broke, and enamel Consuela charm has faded🤷🏻♀️
Super friendly staff and knowledgeable. They were really quick to take off a couple of charms and add the new ones to my girlfriends bracelet.
I had to write this review as soon as I got back to my car. Susan is the absolute sweetest employee at James Avery. I was feeling very overwhelmed and almost walked out, but I needed to grab some last-minute gifts. Susan was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process.
