I was looking for a charm and necklace I had found online. A rude seasonal worker laughed at me and rolled her eyes and said we dont have that for the price you found online. We found the charm but she tried to sell me the more expensive chain .She wasnt amused when I found the one I wanted and rolled her eyes while I was putting the pendant on she wanted to get to the people behind me, and rushed. I have to share my experience as I have had several interactions with Robin and I’m so thankful for her. Just so you understand I was new to James Avery when I first met her and now I have 2 charm bracelets, 3 bangles, 2 necklaces, 2 rings and an anklet. She calls me by name, doesn’t rush me or my husband and is so very knowledgeable. I have been collecting James Avery for years and part of what I love most is the community it builds with (mainly) women around Texas. I go to this store often and the women who work here are just fabulous. You can tell that leadership has created a workplace that encourages a client first mentality. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful! I would name names, but I don't want to leave anyone out!
Yolie was great, she helped me pick out a silver chain and was very helpful and knowledgeable!
Recently bought a bracelet and had some links taken off. When I came to pick it up, I tried it on to make sure I was satisfied with the size. I told the lady helping me that I would like an extra link taken off. She said she will ask in the back if it’s possible. She walked back, and after not even a minute, came back and told me they took the extra link off.
