I want to leave 0 stars but I have to leave one to leave a review. First off I have been here going on 5 times I bought a charm and a necklace tha lady was cool. After spending over $5000 last year I finally came to get my jewelry cleaned. If it’s only 10 items at a time why I haven’t I had trouble in Georgetown cedar park? Thy have cleaned all my jewelry before. No issues there so if you want great customer service and people that actually have good attitudes go to Georgetown or cedar park. I went in to the store with my daughter to put a charm on my charm bracelet. Normally when I am attended the person attending me is very helpful and provides great customer service. When I went in, Teresa did not provide great customer service. She did not help me with suggesting how to put on my new charm or even help me to look for a spot to put on my charm bracelet.
