I went in last week with the intention of buying a charm bracelet with several charms for myself and a necklace with a charm for my mom. I was dressed casually and had a baseball cap on. I was in a hurry, and Life360 is hard to escape, lol. I had no problems picking up my online order even though my confirmation hadn't been sent. No worries, the jeweler (Robin) took care of me. Thank you, James Avery and customer service, for making it a surprise.
They were very accommodating, I purchased a charm and they were able to solder it on immediately for me due to me having to leave for a flight shortly. Very nice ladies in there!
They didn’t put on my charms right I got the charms done on a Sunday and it fell of on Tuesday in 2 period
