I have been collecting James Avery for years and part of what I love most is the community it builds with (mainly) women around Texas. I go to this store often and the women who work here are just fabulous. You can tell that leadership has created a workplace that encourages a client first mentality. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful! I would name names, but I don't want to leave anyone out!
Yolie was great, she helped me pick out a silver chain and was very helpful and knowledgeable!
Recently bought a bracelet and had some links taken off. When I came to pick it up, I tried it on to make sure I was satisfied with the size. I told the lady helping me that I would like an extra link taken off. She said she will ask in the back if it’s possible. She walked back, and after not even a minute, came back and told me they took the extra link off. Love the designs and the service is amazing! My only problem is that the charms are so expensive. Plus they have birth month gemstones but they don’t have zodiac signs. But other than that love the service and the jewelry!
Muy buen surtido, muy servicial y amable el personal, lo único que recomendaría es que tuvieran un espacio solo para pick up, el tiempo de espera es demasiado al hacer una sola fila con los demás clientes, que apenas van a ordenar o decidirse que comprar.
