Great service. The ladies there were so sweet and helpful. They were also very quick with my repair
I came in looking for a gold plated bracelet for my unborn baby and the person that we were talking to about it referred us to the grand plaza and said they only speak Spanish there. First we speak Spanish just because we don’t look Hispanic doesn’t mean we don’t speak it fluently. Second, my husband said that’s a place for fake crappy jewelry… your products aren’t even that nice. They look like jewelry for teenagers.
Very professional environment with staff who genuinely seem to enjoy helping people. The quality of service was excellent, communication was clear, and everything felt organized and efficient. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience.
