Used to love coming to this location but now I don’t even know me and my mom have been treated so horrible these past few times we came in today just wanting to add some charms I went to pick them up and my sister didn’t want a charm added to the end of her bracelet as soon as I got it we noticed it was added at the end we asked to talk to the associate who had added the charm she did start coming off very rude and the quality wasn’t the best.
