Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store at Oak Park Village in Boerne!

Love this store and the employees are amazing! This is our go to Avery store always.
I was there on a Tuesday before noon. There were two clerks and a long line. There was no one on the floor who could answer questions. I was there to purchase 3 charms VERY POOR service. I will do my shopping at Avery in Kerrvillle
The ladies at this location were so very helpful today (4-18-25 around 3 pm). I ordered three necklaces online for myself and my daughters for confirmation gifts. They were engraved and two of the charms were switched to the wrong length of chain. Laurie (?) and another associate took them right to the back and switched them for me, then proceeded to place each one in a lovely gift bag. Their amazing service is appreciated and will be remembered. I will come back to this location—thank you, ladies!
Came in after work and wasn’t even acknowledged. Totally avoided even when standing in front of them. They were greeting people and offering help to the people who came after me. I was in my work clothes and to them it seemed I wasn’t worth their time I guess. Very disappointed and will never step foot in that store again.
