Ms. Anita at the James Avery store inside HEB; her friendly service is more of a jewel than anything the store sells. My wife and I were in the store today. It’s our wedding anniversary and I took my wife there to get her a gift. It was such a blessing to interact with Ms. Anita. She was so friendly, professional, and patient. My wife and I are both very grateful. She really left a good impression on us. We love this James Avery location. Thank you Ms. Anita for making our day all the more special.

Awesome service from Jocelyn and Lisa. I needed to have some charms added to a new bracelet and to move some over from an old bracelet. These ladies were wonderful even with me and ALL my shenanigans. They were joyful and joked along with me. Thank you so much for making my experience pleasant.
I think this store is often overlooked because of the location. This is the location I’ll be coming to from now on. The ladies that helped me were great, there was no wait and the service was prompt.
The product is quality jewelry. The staff at the store I went to was very helpful and polite.
