Wonderful service! We were greeted by Doree when we walked in. Doree was very courteous and helpful- a breath of fresh air. Kaila was also very courteous, helpful and kind. It was such a wonderful experience.

Ms. Anita at the James Avery store inside HEB; her friendly service is more of a jewel than anything the store sells. My wife and I were in the store today. It’s our wedding anniversary and I took my wife there to get her a gift. It was such a blessing to interact with Ms. Anita. She was so friendly, professional, and patient. My wife and I are both very grateful. She really left a good impression on us. We love this James Avery location. Thank you Ms. Anita for making our day all the more special.

Awesome service from Jocelyn and Lisa. I needed to have some charms added to a new bracelet and to move some over from an old bracelet. These ladies were wonderful even with me and ALL my shenanigans. They were joyful and joked along with me. Thank you so much for making my experience pleasant.
