I am from Texas, so I was really excited to find James Avery at Dillard's! I have never had a problem with this jewelry and I have had it for over 40 years! However, I had a clasp break. The gal at the counter wrote down instructions for getting help --it was so easy and fast. I didn't have to pay a thing to ship or get it fixed! This was the first time anything has ever broken, but what a classy response! Deeply respect this jeweler!!
