Unfortunately, this morning I went in to drop off some jewelry to be cleaned, which went fine, but then I asked a question simply to further investigate regarding a separate purchase on another location and the young lady that was trying to assist me could have been a little bit more nicer in my opinion. They put my charm on the wrong side after I specified with two people, the wrong placement which I literally placed myself and there was a huge a scratch on it that was not there previously. Very disappointed will never go back
