I went to this jewelry location to have a bracelet fixed, but was told nothing could be done. Without my consent, they cut off my charms, then tried to charge me to relink them. I left upset and without a solution. To make matters worse, they claimed my other bracelet couldn’t hold charms—yet when I visited the Cantera location, they fixed everything quickly and professionally. Clearly, the staff at this location lack knowledge and customer service. I won’t be returning—beware if you value your jewelry and time.
